Q. Who will measure my project for cabinets, flooring and other materials?

A. HWC will perform a FREE measure and give you a FREE estimate for all parts of your project. Prior to ordering materials, a second measure will be performed by our Production Manager.


Q. Are there designers available?

A. Yes. HWC has designers available who have continued their education to keep up to date with the latest technology and styles.


Q. How much will the project cost?

A. Once we have determined your needs and your budget, we will arrive at plans, specifications, and an estimate for your project.


Q. Who will do the work?

A. Our skilled Employee Carpenters will perform most of the work. Our Production Manager will coordinate the electrical and plumbing functions, which is included in your estimate.


Q. What are your payment terms?

A. HWC collects 1/3 payment at signing of the contract, 1/3 payment at the start of your project, and the last 1/3 at the end of the project. We also offer flexible financing options.


Q. What sort of warranty do you carry?

A. We warranty our labor for one year, along with the product warranty, which varies from 5 years to a lifetime.


Q. How long will my project take?

A. We can tell you approximately how long it will take when we give you the estimate. We do not overlap jobs. There is a carpenter on your project all day, everyday, until the project is complete.


Q. Where do I make my selections?

A. We have a showroom with hundreds of selections for your needs. Products include countertops, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, flooring and much more. We will help you put together the look you want.
